Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in a springform pan.
  5. Bake for about 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about an hour.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
