Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with animal fat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Season both sides of the patties with salt.
  4. Place the patties in the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or adjust the time to your preferred level of doneness.
  5. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
